Team Lead - Permanent Hire - Product Development



Company Information:

* A growing product development company based in Finland with more than 5400 employees across five continents.
* Developing identification solutions using the latest RFID and IoT Technologies for customers in various industries, including retail, logistics construction and aviation.
* It has offices in Salo and Helsinki and provides a hybrid working model with 2-3 visits per week.
* They are looking to expand their team and improve its competency.



Responsibilities:

* You will be working as a hands on Team Lead with about 60% of the time devoted towards development.
* Developing cloud and mobile software solutions.
* You will be responsible for project and resource planning, as well as for ensuring the software solutions are delivered to an excellent level.



Required Experience:

* English or Finnish fluency.
* Personal software development skills in the following: Python, Django, React, C#, SQL.
* Experience with development in Azure Cloud.
* Experience of working with external and internal customers.
* Proven experience of leading and managing development teams.
