Performance Test Engineer - Permanent Hire - Consultancy

Responsibilities:

* Working in a team of 10+ non-functional testers, with focus on performance engineering, reliability, resilience and building monitoring.
* Working in SAFe Teams.
* Creating release test strategies based on non-functional requirements, Risk analysis, driving non-functional testing for release.
* Design and execute performance, reliability and resilience tests.
* Non Functional test report creation and conversation with stakeholders.



Required Experience:

* English fluency.
* A minimum of 7+ years of experience in Non-Functional testing.
* Ability to manage and execute Non Functional testing in complex large-scale program.
* Performance testing and engineering experience in LoadRunner, JMeter or other performance testing tools.
* Knowledge of Jira, ALM or Qtest and of database query tools.
* Ability to work independently and leading 2-3 team members.
* A degree in a relevant field.
