D365 F&O EDI Manager

Job Description

The Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Manager will be working on the BizApps team, responsible for all EDI Management as well as working with Vendors. F&O/SCM Experience is Mandatory. The right candidate will also have worked with either SPS Commerce or TrueCommerce tools when it comes to EDI.



Responsibilities

* Manage and triage EDI document exceptions to ensure timely delivery of the EDI document to their intended business application.

* Support exceptions in third-party marketplace hubs

* Identify, communicate, and fix recurring issues: Reduce issues through break/fixing of maps, and request application changes.

* Provide advice and education to business users concerning EDI guidelines and capabilities.

* On-boarding of new documents as directed by the Manager

* Work with IT Applications to test changes to existing and new EDI interfaces as directed

* Respond timely to emailed support requests and alerts

* Participate in group planning and development

* Performs other related duties as assigned.





Skills & Qualifications

*Knowledge of D365 F&O

* Food and beverage industry experience is a plus.



*Minimum five years EDI experience and related mapping tool

* Working knowledge of business processes and business systems - Order-to-Cash, Pay-to-Procure

* Experience with third party EDI application

* Creative problem-solving required to design a system that meets clients individual needs,

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
