About the project: We are building a team of 5 x CRM Developers to join an exciting, long-term project for an international client in the energy sector. The project involves developing and maintaining a modern Customer Service Hub built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, and integrating with external systems such as SAP.

The goal is to automate and optimize customer service processes while expanding an existing ecosystem. The work is done in an Agile (Scrum) environment with a strong focus on quality, performance, security, and accessibility (WCAG).

Responsibilities:

* Develop and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (various modules)
* Design and implement integrations with Azure services, Power Platform, and external systems like SAP
* Ensure high-quality code and maintainability, following best practices and modern development standards
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment
* Provide 3rd level support during business hours (8:00-17:00)
* Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement

Skills and experience:

* Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM modules)
* Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Power Platform, and Azure services
* Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
* Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and experience with system integrations (SAP experience is a plus)
* Ability to work independently in a remote, international team
* Fluent English (written and spoken); German is an advantage
