Head of Sales

We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to join well established business with strong leadership team. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to influence and drive sales performance across Europe within an innovative organization experiencing significant growth and market expansion.

As the Head of Sales, you will lead and manage all sales-related activities, focusing on developing and executing effective sales strategies that align with the company's objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in overseeing the sales team, meeting and exceeding targets, and enhancing market share and profitability.

Role and Responsibilities:

* Sales Strategy Development: formulate and execute a sales strategy that leverages market trends, identifies growth opportunities, sets targets, and streamlines sales processes
* Team Leadership: recruit, train, and mentor the sales team, creating a motivating environment to achieve targets
* Sales Operations Management: Manage sales operations, including forecasting, planning, budgeting, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives
* Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, using insights to enhance sales strategies
* Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product engineering, and customer service to align sales strategies with overall business goals
* Performance Monitoring: Analyse sales metrics to pinpoint improvement areas and adjust strategies for enhanced effectiveness
* Innovation Integration: Keep up with sales technologies and integrate relevant tools to optimise processes
* Revenue Growth: Drive revenue and profitability by pursuing new business opportunities and expanding market reach

Experience:

* Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and motivate sales teams
* Strategic mindset with experience in developing and executing sales plans
* Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders
* Analytical acumen to interpret market data and make informed decisions
* Adaptability in responding to changing market conditions
* Proven problem-solving abilities with a track record of developing effective solutions
* Extensive experience in sales, particularly in custom software development, with a history of achieving targets and driving growth
* Fluency in English and Polish
