Job Title: Senior Dynamics NAV Systems Analyst

Location: Merced County, CA (Remote in California with occasional travel)

Salary: $120k - $155k per year (DOE)
Bonus: None; potential for salary increase over time

Position Overview:
The Senior Dynamics NAV Systems Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting, upgrading, and optimizing the company's current Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2015 system while preparing for a future transition to Business Central (BC). This individual will be responsible for managing system enhancements, troubleshooting, and providing expert-level support, while evaluating customizations and planning for the long-term upgrade. This is a hands-on, technical role with a focus on system analysis, integration, and future planning.



Qualifications & Requirements:

* Education:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

* Experience:

* 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central, including full system implementation and support.
* 5+ years of experience with project management for software installations or upgrades.
* Experience in the manufacturing environment, preferably food manufacturing, is a strong plus.
* Proficiency with MS SQL Server for database management.
* Familiarity with JetReports, MS Power Query, Power BI, or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.

* Skills:

* Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
* Ability to evaluate and recommend system improvements based on business needs.
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC tools and methods (e.g., Object Designer, Data Ports, Web Services, EDI, Queries, Code Units).
* Familiarity with manufacturing modules such as catchweights, EDI, warehousing, and consumption processes is a plus.



Working Environment:
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely within California. Occasional travel (within a 4-5 hour radius) is expected, ideally once a week or every couple of weeks.
