* Analyse and report on sales performance, margins, and customer pricing for services and tenders.
* Support the transition of pricing processes by working closely with the outgoing team and new hires.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
* Handle ad hoc tasks, including margin reporting, pricing analysis, and tender submissions.

Required Skills & Experience:

* Advanced Excel skills, including formula troubleshooting, data validation, and complex look-ups.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP systems.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to reverse-engineer processes to identify and resolve errors.
* Excellent attention to detail and a practical, logical approach to problem-solving.
* Adaptable and able to thrive under pressure, picking up processes quickly.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

* Experience in pricing or financial data management roles.
* Familiarity with process improvement methodologies.
* A background in pricing is a plus.
