Job Title: Senior Finance Consultant - D365 Business Central

Location: Copenhagen
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Hybrid

Summary:
We are working with a leading D365 BC ISV who are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Manager to join their team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex IT solutions that address business needs, enhance operational efficiency, and drive innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, project managers, architects, and developers, to ensure that solutions are designed, implemented, and optimised in alignment with strategic goals. Your expertise will be crucial in managing relationships with vendors, guiding technical teams, and ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and sustainable.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and Execute Product Strategy: Create and implement the product strategy and road-map for the company in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
* Lead Product Management: Work closely with in-house developers to define product requirements, prioritise features, translate for global markets, and plan releases.
* Drive Product Development: Develop new features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends; actively participate in hands-on development for high-quality, timely delivery.
* Ensure Documentation Quality: Collaborate with the technical documentation team to produce up-to-date end-user documentation, installation guides, and articles.
* Support Sales & Marketing: Partner with sales and marketing teams for successful product launches and customer adoption.
* Culture & Flexibility: Work within the company's culture-centric environment, emphasising mutual flexibility, freedom with responsibility, and a healthy work-life balance.

Key Skills & Experience:

* Product, Project, and People Management: Proven skills in managing products, projects, and teams.
* Financial Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial processes, with experience in banking, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or financial systems.
* Developer Experience: Experience managing small, distributed development teams across multiple countries.
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expertise: Hands-on experience developing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using Visual Studio Code, with a solid understanding of AL language and extensions..
* Quality & Problem-Solving Mindset: High-quality focus, open-minded problem-solving approach, and passion for innovative solutions.
* Cross-Cultural Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in international, multicultural settings
* Technical Understanding: Strong general technical knowledge, especially in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
* English Proficiency: Good written and verbal communication skills in English
