About the Company:
My client is currently seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 F&O POS Developer to join a rapidly expanding team. The successful candidate will take part in implementation projects, system migrations to the latest version of Dynamics 365 F&O, as well as projects in the areas of development, maintenance, and product creation for Dynamics 365. This client, a Microsoft Partner, supports businesses by introducing innovative solutions and enhancing efficiency, with a specialisation in ERP and CRM.
Your Responsibilities:
* Collaborating with consultants to develop new functionalities
* Conducting product optimisation tests
* Assisting in client training during the implementation and optimisation stages
* Designing, implementing, and deploying new functionalities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
* Integrating D365 with other systems
* Providing ongoing system maintenance and user support
* Developing solutions to improve system functionality
Requirements:
* Experience in business and technical needs analysis for clients, translating these into technology solutions
* Experience in evaluating existing Dynamics ERP implementations to identify issues, inefficiencies, and optimisation opportunities
* A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the functional and practical aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/AX POS
* Proficiency with development tools for Dynamics 365 F&O
* Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services, Azure DevOps, and integration with Office 365 and Power Platforms is an asset
* Comprehensive knowledge of older MS Dynamics AX versions (2009 or 2012)
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and well-organised
* Creative, passionate, and an innovative thinker
* A willingness to expand your skills with an open mind
* Proficient in English (minimum B2 level) and Romanian or Polish (minimum A2 level)
