Job Description
Nigel Frank is working with a global Top 4 consulting firm that has leveraged technology to enable business transformation for more than 50 years and whose clients include 85% of the 200 largest public companies on the Forbes Global 2000 list. They are looking for a CE Technical Lead with MS Dynamics CRM/CE expertise and looking to grow. This client has locations in Chicago, Jersey City and Atlanta and while this is a remote position, there will be some travel to the office sites in these locations and as such they are looking for candidates local to these locations.
More on the Role:
The D365 CE/CRM Technical Lead will manage and lead technical efforts for Pre-Sales engagements and contribute towards building niche solutions/POC's as well as advocate best practices to develop scalable solutions in alignment with Product roadmap through supported and upgradable customizations / implementations in MS Dynamics 365 CE/CRM. This canidfate will lead technical workshops to work with Business and technology partners on requirements to design and develop Dynamics 365 CE/CRM architecture solutions and should have good problem solving and analytical skills.
Skills Needed:
* Minimum 10+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) with strong technical and client facing skills.
* Facilitate detailed technical design from client requirements and support construction and deployment on MS Dynamics CE projects.
* Design components in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment with good technical expertise in middleware tools ( preferably Mulesoft)
* Experience with Dynamics 365 in Online & On-Premise implementations and environments and prior versions providing highly available, scalable Dynamics 365 architecture
* Hands on experience in C#.Net, Java Script, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, MSD developer toolkit.
* Experience in MS CRM & 3rd party Integration
* Experience in using Azure services for integration(Azure Functions, Service Bus etc. PCF controls, Power Apps and Power Automate for upstream/downstream systems integrations.
* Experienced in reporting architecture, with SSRS and knowledge on Power BI.
* Experience with the latest features of Dynamics 365 platform (Sales Insights , Customer Service Insights, Customer Voice, etc.)
* Technical expertise in set up of DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms with standard DevOps tools
* Experience in Agile methodologies
* Exposure to financial services / Banking implementation projects
