Business Central Project Manager:
Project Management:
* Scope Projects and Prepare Statements of Work
* Prepare Specifications as required to drive development and/or implementations
* Prepare Project Plans
* Prepare for and Participate in project Kick Off meetings with client Management and client end users
* Perform Business Process Reviews and Prepare Business Process Review report for the client
* Provide Consulting Services (training when necessary and Support)
* Track Projects for Tasks and Budgets to Actual
* Prepare Change Orders
* Coordinate and Manage Project Resources
* Prepare Status Reports
* Manage Project Risks
* Maintain the Client Relationship long term
* Manage Change Control
* Provide Recommendations for solutions to clients including Upgrades to align to the MS roadmap.
* Assist with Requests for Proposal
* Work together with Team to manage projects
* Review and approve time posted to projects
Pre-Sales assistance
* Collaborate closely with Account Manager and identify opportunities at clients
o Dynamics BC Conversions, CRM, Azure, ISV's, TMC IP
* Assist with Customer Account Manager in scoping and working with ISV
Dynamics GP to 365 Business Central
* Work with VP of Consulting and Practice Managers on Dynamics GP to BC Conversion Opportunities.

Administrative Tasks
* Track daily time spent on clients/projects and update timesheet in Journyx
* Update Project Listing with current and prospective projects
* Attend biweekly Project Manager Calls
* Attend 1 on 1 meetings with Practice Manager
* Create new Projects in Dynamics GP for each new Statement of Work
* Create TEAMS folders for each new Client
* Coordinate Creation of Password Vault and DevOps Repository for each new Client
* Facilitate billing disputes and credits
