Your Role:

As a Business Central Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving new sales, expansions, and migrations within our ERP ecosystem. You will engage with clients across industries, understand their business needs, and offer tailored Business Central solutions to drive efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead new business development and account expansion for Business Central solutions
* Identify and qualify sales opportunities, working with new and existing customers
* Conduct discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and consultative sales engagements
* Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales and technical consultants, to deliver the best solutions
* Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
* Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central developments and industry trends
* Work towards aggressive revenue and growth targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

✔️ Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central sales
✔️ A strong B2B sales background with experience in ERP or software solutions
✔️ Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
✔️ Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
✔️ Experience working with mid-market and enterprise-level clients is a plus
✔️ A consultative approach to selling, ensuring solutions align with business needs

Desirable Skills & Experience:

* Experience working in industries such as manufacturing, retail, finance, or supply chain
* Previous experience in a Microsoft partner, reseller, or direct end-user environment
* Understanding of Power Platform, Azure, or complementary Microsoft solutions
