A leading development environment in Bergen is seeking a Tech Lead for their product team. This permanent position offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of 8 professionals in developing and maintaining a self-service portal for users.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of developers, testers, UX designers, and a product owner.
* Represent the team in stakeholder meetings and provide status updates.
* Prioritise development tasks, coach team members, and maintain high standards.
* Stay hands-on with coding and technical decisions.

Required Skills

* Proven Tech Lead experience, with strong team and stakeholder management.
* Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and .NET C# backend.
* Experience with React (or Angular/Vue if highly experienced).
* Fluency in Norwegian is essential.
* Additional skills in F#, Elm, or Universal Accessibility are a plus.
