Role Overview:
As a Business Central Developer, you will be instrumental in developing and customizing our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform. You will work on enhancing functionalities, integrating systems, and ensuring our manufacturing processes run smoothly. We are looking for someone with strong AL development skills and a background in SQL and .NET, but we're also willing to help you grow if you have less experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* AL Development: Develop, customize, and enhance Business Central using AL language to meet business requirements.
* SQL & SSRS: Leverage your SQL skills to manage databases and create reports using SSRS, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
* .NET Development: Utilize .NET to create custom applications and integrations that complement the Business Central environment.
* Manufacturing Environment: Apply your knowledge of manufacturing processes to develop solutions that optimize production workflows and inventory management.
* Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for system enhancements and implement changes that drive efficiency.

Qualifications:

* 3-5 years of experience in AL development (open to candidates with less experience who are eager to learn and grow).
* Strong background in SQL and experience with SSRS.
* Proficiency in .NET development.
* Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
