Voice of Customer Manager - Surrey - £65,000

I am working with a global recognisable organisation who are looking for a Voice of Customer to join their data and insights team. This industry leader has invested heavily into this team and are now looking for an experienced manager to join them and take the lead on a number of exciting projects focused around consumer analytics and customer experience.

You will manage a team of three and support the wider analytics team, taking the lead on all things customer analytics. The team will be responsible for carrying out analytics projects utilising customer data and providing insights to different departments across the business. Primarily, the data the team work with will come from the organisations mystery shopper program and customer feedback surveys and it will be your goal to ensure your team use this data to provide vital feedback to the business.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for some of the following areas.

* Lead the customer analytics team to deliver top quality insights to various departments
* Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and communicate insights effectively
* Work closely with the wider analytics team to ensure the successful creation of insightful visualisations
* Manage team work load and ensure key projects are prioritisied

This is a hybrid role where you will work from the organisation's office in Surrey three times per week, with the other 2 days spent working remotely. This is a full-time, permanent position paying up to £65,000 per annum depending on experience. To be successful in this role you will have.

* Experience in a customer analytics or voice of customer role
* Experience working in a managerial or leadership position
* Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
* Strong ability to draw insight from data
* Experience with data visualisation tools would be beneficial
