Job Description

Are you passionate about Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and adept at training others? Nigel Frank is seeking a skilled Business Central Trainer to join the team of a multinational Manufacturer based in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs that enhance the knowledge and skills of our client, working with users and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct engaging and effective training sessions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, tailored to various audiences including end-users, administrators, and developers.
* Design, develop, and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules, ensuring they reflect the latest Business Central features and best practices.
* Collaborate with an internal application support team to design and test enhancements, integrations and customisations in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central system
* Work Closely with cross functional teams to gather requirements from users and draft solutions that align with the company overall goals
* Work closely with project managers, consultants, and other team members to ensure alignment of training objectives with overall project goals.

Qualifications:

* Expertise as a Business Central trainer, consultant, or in a similar role with a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
* Background in Accounting principles and methodologies
* Experience on MS Dynamics Business Central Implementation projects
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
* In-depth knowledge of Business Central functionality, modules, and integration points.
* Experience in developing and delivering training materials and programs, with a focus on interactive and practical learning approaches.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the capability to adapt training strategies based on participant feedback and performance for class sizes up to 10.
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
