Your Dream CV

* Experience: Minimum 7 years in the industry, with a proven track record in consulting.
* Technical Expertise: Full stack Java/Kotlin + React.
* Architectural Mastery: Strong understanding of services and databases in large systems.
* Communication Skills: Outgoing, communicative, and able to present to large groups effectively.
* Educational Aptitude: Ability to design and deliver pedagogically sound presentations and trainings.
* Hybrid Role Desire: Eager to balance consultancy with internal development, marketing, and professional responsibilities.

Additional Qualifications (Highly Desirable)

* Conference Speaker: Experience lecturing at renowned conferences like NDC/Javazone.
* Leadership Experience: Held a technical leadership position, such as CTO.
* Tech Lead/Architect: Proven experience in roles such as tech lead, architect, or similar.
* Media Presence: Featured in professional media reports.
