Role:

As a Dynamics 365 Specialist, you will oversee our extensive Dynamics ecosystem, which includes multiple environments and all associated components. You'll have the opportunity to propose optimizations for these environments and related tools, enhancing both efficiency and customer experience while supporting your colleagues with their challenges.

Responsibilities:

Developing solutions and implementing Dynamics components
*

Optimizing procedures, tools, and customer experience related to Dynamics
*

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate Dynamics solutions
*

Troubleshooting and resolving Dynamics-related issues
*

Overseeing third-line external vendor support
*

Staying informed about industry standards for Dynamics
*

Optimizing the Dynamics licensing environment
*

Managing stakeholder relationships and reporting
*

Training first-line support and handling second-line Dynamics support

Requirements:

*

At least 4 years' experience working with Dynamics CE/CRM.
*

Experience with Modules (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service)
*

Knowledge of latest Microsoft Dynamics products.
*

Experience Implementation projects within Dynamics.
*

Dutch & English Speaking.
*

Experience with Windows Server/Azure is beneficial.

Salary & Benefits:

Monthly Salary €4,000 - €6,500 P/Month (40Hrs)
