Project:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage our digital transformation projects, specifically focusing on the implementation of ERP and CRM systems. This role is critical to our ongoing expansion and technological advancement.

Responsibilities:

* Lead the primary project in our digital transformation initiative, focusing on ERP and CRM systems implementation.
* Oversee IT project management within the organization.
* Maintain project schedules, budget estimates, and status reports.
* Conduct risk assessments for projects.
* Plan, coordinate, and control project-related activities.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including project staff, suppliers, and end users, to define project requirements.
* Work closely with different departments to ensure seamless system integration.

Requirements:

* Several years of experience in IT project management, including at least one ERP implementation project.
* Experience in managing CRM implementation projects is a plus.
* Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
* In-depth understanding of project management principles (both waterfall and agile methodologies).
* Knowledge of the software development life cycle.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Proficiency in English and Polish.
