Role Overview:
As the Head of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and ensuring fiscal responsibility within the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, providing strategic financial guidance, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize performance and drive growth.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Manage financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk management.
Provide insights and analysis to support decision-making at the executive level.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
Lead and mentor finance team members to foster professional development and excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Extensive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or related industry.
Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
Proven track record of developing and executing financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel.
Relevant professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or MBA.

Other Details:
This role requires a finance subject matter expert (SME) who can provide strategic guidance and drive financial excellence within the organization.
