Key Responsibilities:



As a Quotations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in generating accurate and timely quotations for hardware, software, and standard support services. Your focus will be on obtaining the best prices possible from vendors, particularly in Cisco, HP & Aruba technologies. Key responsibilities include:

Quotations Generation: Develop accurate and timely quotations for Cisco, HP & Aruba products and services.

Collaboration: Interact seamlessly with the Sales Team to align quotations with client needs.

Client Engagement: Demonstrate competency in engaging with clients to address queries and provide necessary information.

Vendor Relations: Effectively engage with distributors to negotiate and secure favorable pricing.

Team Collaboration: Thrive in a strong team environment, contributing to collective success.



Skills and Experience:



To excel in this role, you should possess:

Technical Proficiency: A strong knowledge of Cisco products and familiarity with the CCW tool.

Microsoft Skills: Confidently work with Microsoft tools and applications.

Organizational Agility: Demonstrate the ability to organize tasks efficiently and work at a pace, meeting tight deadlines.
