Base Salary: $140,000

As a Business Central Practice Lead, you will be responsible for providing leadership and expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly known as Dynamics NAV) solutions. You will play a pivotal role in building, growing, and managing our Business Central practice, ensuring successful implementations, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our Microsoft-focused business solutions.
Practice Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing Business Central practice team, providing guidance and mentorship to team members.
Business Development: Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, establishing partnerships, and expanding our client base.
Project Management: Oversee the successful delivery of Business Central projects, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Solution Architecture: Collaborate with the technical team to design and architect Business Central solutions, customizations, and integrations.
Best Practices: Stay current with industry trends, Microsoft updates, and best practices in Business Central and ERP solutions to ensure our clients benefit from the latest innovations.
Team Development: Develop and maintain training programs for team members to continuously enhance their skills and knowledge.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, or related).
Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Dynamics NAV) with a track record of successful implementations and client satisfaction.
Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and manage a team.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client and team relationships.
Business acumen with a solid understanding of ERP systems and how they impact business operations.
Microsoft certifications in Business Central or related technologies are a plus.
