M365 Solutions Architect

In this role, you will be responsible for technical sales execution within new and existing accounts, acting as both an individual contributor and leader, collaborating with our account executives to build a pipeline of opportunities with commercial, enterprise, and public sector clients. You will have the opportunity to "own it and get it done."



Responsibilities

* Collaborate with business users to create architecture in alignment with business need.
* Act as a technical subject matter expert for business users.
* Delivering consultative and technical services as required to capitalize on revenue-generating opportunities, nurture customer relationships, and demonstrate credible expertise.
* Champion the adoption of reusable architecture assets to improve efficiency.
* Produce documentation to aid in the understanding of existing architecture solutions.
* Delivery of Workshops, Assessments, and other programs.
* In a hands-on role, you must be able to act under pressure and show wisdom and leadership, often for an audience of top-tier executives. This includes creating Statements of Work with work scope and deliverables, project costing, and other related activities.

Qualifications

* Experience with the design, implementation, and maintenance of both cloud- native and hybrid full stack Microsoft 365 deployments
* Thorough understanding of Modern Workplace and Modern Management Solutions
* Strong grasp of all security and compliance aspects of Microsoft 365, including experience with Intune MDM & MAM, AAD, Identity, Information Protection, Threat Protection, and Cloud App Security
* Knowledge of associated tools and services such as Windows 10, One Drive for Business, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Exchange, SharePoint and Teams
* Exceptional requirements gathering and communication skills
* Stakeholder management skills
* Ability to create solution design documentation
* Ability to create and update process documentation, how-to documents, and other materials
* Knowledge of Azure functionality as it relates to Microsoft 365, broader Azure knowledge and experience a bonus
* Extensive experience using PowerShell and automation a bonus
