Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant

Our client based in Utrecht is a fast-growing global company and with CRM solutions that help thousands of trading and rental companies manage their daily processes. Due to a continuously growing customer portfolio, they are now in the market for a Functional Dynamics CRM Consultant.

Role|

*

Work closely with Functional Consultants as a collaborative partner in discussions about functional design and project scope.
*

Travel to clients across the Netherlands to introduce them Dynamics CRM applications.
*

Provide hands-on advice and turn it into achievable goals.
*

Evaluate functional needs and develop thoughtful technical solutions.
*

Take part in Dynamics CE migration projects, aiding in smooth transitions between different versions and systems.
*

Give valuable input and direction in crafting technical plans and project cost estimates. Provide advanced support for issue analysis and resolution.
*

Make custom adjustments to fulfil unique project needs.
*

Play a role in integration solutions linking Dynamics 365 with other systems.
*

Carry out code evaluations, keep an eye on performance, and address any issues that arise.

Requirements|

*

A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM.
*

Proficiency in setting up Dynamics CRM/CE applications or a solid understanding of the setup process.
*

It is a plus to have prior experience and knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Power However, a willingness to learn on the job is equally valued.
*

Demonstrated ability to generate inventive solutions, automate processes, and use expertise to drive positive outcomes.
*

Enjoyment in working within a diverse environment, spanning remote work, office settings, and client locations, with an openness to travel.
*

Fluent in Dutch, with excellent language proficiency.
*

Enthusiastic about continuous learning, development, collaboration, and making meaningful contributions to the team.

Salary & Benefits|

*

€4,000 - €5,700. Depending on experience level.(40 Hours per Week)
*

Benefits include 26 vacation days & 8% holiday pay.
