Senior UX/UI Designer - Permanent Hire - Product Development

My client is a rapidly expanding SaaS start-up, producing a cutting-edge platform used throughout the innovation process by many well-known international customers, making consumer research easier and amplifying innovation.

They are a passionate and dynamic team dedicated to empowering businesses to create products that resonate with their target audiences. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join their team and help shape the future of product design!

They are based in Helsinki and offer hybrid working model with 1-2 office visits per week.



Key Responsibilities:

* User-Centered Design: Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of decision-making.
* Interface Design: Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with our brand and enhance the overall user experience.
* Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes to validate and iterate on design concepts, using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar software.
* Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate business requirements and user insights into design solutions.
* User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights to inform design decisions.



Required Experience:

* Finnish language fluency.
* 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, digital software design, building UI design and design systems development.
* A strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
* Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
* Experience working with Agile methods: Jira or similar tools for collaboratively building prototypes.
* Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
* Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
