Role & Responsibilities:

As an Information Security Strategist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective security strategies and protocols. Your responsibilities will include:

* Conducting thorough risk assessments and identifying potential vulnerabilities within the organization's systems and networks.
* Designing and implementing information security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the protection of sensitive data.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
* Evaluating and recommending security technologies, tools, and solutions to enhance the organization's overall security posture.
* Conducting security awareness training and promoting a culture of security awareness among employees.

Skills & Qualifications:

* Fluent in Swedish and excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
* Proven experience as an Information Security Strategist or in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of information security frameworks, standards, and regulations.
* Solid understanding of network and system security principles, including encryption, firewalls, and access controls.
* Familiarity with security assessment methodologies and tools.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC) are highly desirable.
