My client is a non-profit in New Jersey looking to bring a up and coming consultant to help their Business Central system. They offer 30 PTO days and the ability to be fully remote. If you are looking to move into a developer or functional consultant role this role will provide the necessary training.

Technical Savvy: You should possess a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, coupled with outstanding problem-solving skills. Your passion for delivering top-notch customer service sets you apart.

Educational Foundation: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field provides you with the academic foundation to excel in this role.

Experience Matters: With a minimum of 3 years of experience in providing support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, you have a proven track record of success in this domain.

Business Central Guru: Your knowledge of Business Central configurations, modules, and extensions is extensive, making you a valuable asset to our team.

Programming Proficiency: Proficiency in SQL, C/AL, and AL programming languages is a must, showcasing your technical prowess.

Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Business Central, including system configuration, data migration, and integration challenges.

Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in our support ticketing system.

Training and Education: Help clients by training end-users and administrators on Microsoft Business Central functionalities and best practices.

Continuous Learning: Stay at the forefront of the industry by staying up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies and Business Central updates. Provide proactive advice and recommendations to clients.

Collaboration: Work closely with our development and implementation teams to ensure seamless integration of Business Central solutions for our clients.

Quality Assurance: Conduct system testing and quality checks on customized Business Central solutions to guarantee they meet client requirements and expectations.
