Role Overview:

* Collaborate closely with clients to gain insights into their operational processes, enabling you to propose optimized solutions for enhanced efficiency and productivity.
* Lead in-depth discovery sessions, meticulously documenting your findings within a comprehensive Business Process Review document, complete with actionable recommendations.
* Spearhead the implementation of Dynamics 365 for Business Central, encompassing project scoping, creation of meticulous project plans, and meticulous management of project budgets and timelines.
* Develop essential Specifications and Scope documents as necessary to define the specifics of development requests.
* Engage in seamless collaboration with cross-functional consultants, technical experts, developers, and other team members, ensuring seamless project delivery and the realization of client-centric solutions.
* Uphold the timely accomplishment of project milestones and deliverables, impeccably aligning with budgetary constraints and client expectations. Provide consistent project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders, while expertly handling potential risks.
* Manage the allocation of resources for your projects, encompassing the meticulous review and approval of timesheets.
* Provide top-notch implementation services, including hands-on training on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Business Central.
* Maintain a steadfast commitment to honing your proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Business Central and correlated technologies.

Requirements:

* Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or showcase equivalent hands-on work experience.
* Possess an impressive track record of 5+ years managing implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for NAV/Business Central or analogous ERP products.
* Demonstrate a profound comprehension of diverse project management methodologies, alongside adept business analysis skills and an extensive grasp of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Business Central.
* While not mandatory, possession of a PMP or any other esteemed project management certification will be a distinct advantage.
