Azure Cloud Operations Engineer (SaaS Platform)

Title: Azure Cloud Operations Engineer

Our growing SaaS platform is seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Operations Engineer to join our team. As an Azure Cloud Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the cloud infrastructure that powers our platform. This is a hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of Azure cloud technologies, as well as experience with SaaS platforms and distributed systems.

Responsibilities:

* Design, implement and maintain the Azure cloud infrastructure that powers our SaaS platform
* Manage and monitor cloud resources including VMs, storage accounts, and networking components
* Implement and maintain security best practices for the platform
* Work closely with the development team to implement automated CI/CD pipelines
* Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures
* Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure cloud technologies and evaluate their potential impact on our platform

Qualifications:

* Experience with SaaS platforms and distributed systems
* Strong understanding of Azure cloud technologies including VMs, storage accounts, networking, and security
* Experience with automation and configuration management tools such as PowerShell, ARM templates, and Terraform
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
