As an ERP Specialist, you will be assisting a manufacturing company with both technical and functional responsibilities. This position will play a lead role in improving the core business processes and systems. You'll be working closely with users in the warehouse department to provide support and training, gather business requirements, continuously improve the system's functionality. Role & Responsibility:

* NAV and MS SQL Server administration
* Work with internal department heads in defining test plans and test scripts to be used in user testing
* Troubleshooting user issues within Business Central
* Report development and enhancement requests
* Perform fit-gap analysis and create functional specifications for BC configuration and enhancements
* Knowledgeable in Product life cycle. Management, procurement, distribution, sales order fulfilment and finance
