O365 Exchange Migrations you need to have deployment and ideally some design experience of the following technologies:

* Exchange hybrid to Exchange Online

* Tenant to tenant migrations of O365 Microsoft Exchange Consultant M365

* Intense experience dealing with Sharepoint, One Drive & Mailbox
