Performance Analyst

Fully remote Performance Analyst based in Poland



This Microsoft Gold Partner are looking for a Performance Analyst to join their growing international team. This team specialise in providing bespoke software solutions to various customers around Poland. In this role you would be working on a range of projects to improve and customise solutions for clients.



Responsibilities for this role include:

* Monitoring and analysing systems and SQL database to target and highlight areas for improvement.
* Providing solutions to optimise the systems and improve capability.
* Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to create coding necessary for optimisation.
* Be proactive with system analysis to improve efficiency.

About you:

* 3+ years' experience with SQL.
* Experience with analysing databases and optimising systems in line with system requirements.
* Experience using ERP systems, in particular Dynamics NAV, is beneficial.
