They offer a multicultural environment, where you would get to work alongside and collaborate with some of the top software engineers and architects around South Africa, specifically to the Microsoft space. They have one huge, complex product which has 15 add on modules and constant need for enhancement and large features. There is also consulting work at client site with new dev, enhancement and maintainence.
