Dynamics CRM/D365 CE Functional Consultant - HYBRID

My client is a Microsoft Gold Partner and they are looking for D365 CE Functional Consultants. They are offering hands on training and development to allow for complete autonomy with projects and clients. Any additional training from certifications to obtaining a Master's Degree is supported by the client. They are operating on a hybrid work week out of their office in the DMV area.

Responsibilities:

* Participate in analysis/design sessions to capture functional/technical requirements related to clients' sales, marketing, service, and operational needs
* Assist in client projects through all phases of the project lifecycle (sales, planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, training, and support)
* Understand the CRM solution and how to work with prospect and clients on a design based on requirements and best practices
* Document/Gather client business requirements, technical specifications, and user stories
* Configure, test, and deploy the CRM solution
* Create and run test scripts
* Train end users on the system platform

Requirements:

* 2-7 years of experience with Dynamics CRM implementations, specifically the D365 CE online.
* Experience with D365 CE Online (variety of modules preferred)
* Certifications
* Partner Experience preferred
* Bachelor's Degree
