Dynamics CRM/D365 CE Engagement Manager - REMOTE

I'm working with a client (MS Partner) who is looking to bring on a D365 CE Engagement Manager. This is a client facing role which requires experience with the creation of SOWs, budget and project mapping, and project scoping. Software knowledge needed is D365 and Power Platform. They are a small company and are all about growth and the team collaboration. This opportunity is 100% remote and salary is up to $160K.



Responsibilities:

* Working with business leaders and development teams to document and clarify business and user requirements and lead scope of defined features and functions during project lifecycle.
* Writing Statements of Work (SOW), monitoring client sales pipelines, and closing deals.
* Project management responsibilities include manage estimates, tasks, escalations, risks/issues.
* Will work with offshore delivery center in India.

Requirements:

* Must have delivery experience on projects with Dynamics CRM/D365 CE

* 10+ years of Dynamics CRM/D365 experience

* Project management skillset required

* Leadership experience required (will have direct reports)

* Managing offshore resources experience required
