Job Description
You will be responsible for the enterprise multi-tenant Atlassian JIRA and JIRA Service Management (formerly JIRA Service Desk) services operated within our Federal Customer. The candidate is responsible for design, planning, and operation & maintenance of a catalog of Atlassian products, including but not limited to the following: JIRA, JIRA Service Management, Confluence, and Crowd.
Role & Responsibilities
* Collaborates with the project architect and stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints.
* Designs, implements, and maintains custom workflows, global settings, users and groups, screens, dashboards, fields, permission schemes, post functions, etc., to serve as templates for Agile teams and automation workflows
Skills & Qualifications
* TS with SCI Eligibility
* Familiar with SAFe, Agile, and other JIRA methodologies and advise the customer to adhere to best practices to ensure quality of service, uptime, and security.
