D365 F&O Supply Analyst - Remote

Based remotely in the Americas region in the Americas IT team, you will report to the D365 Project Manager and be an integral part of the wider Information Technology Team.

While the Supply Chain Functional Analyst may or may not have supervisory responsibility, this person will have to work through many stakeholders to succeed. You will act as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them understand the functional and process impact of implementing D365 for the supply chain. You may also provide direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions. The Supply Chain Functional Analyst will also support project teams in integrating changes to supply chain processes into their project plans and achieving their objectives.

Skills & Qualifications

* Minimum expectation of a Bachelors degree in IT or Supply Chain OR equivalent education/experience
* Minimum 5 years of working experience in ERP supply chain processes
* Functional understanding of Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365 Supply Chain experience
* Implementation of AX/D365 for supply chain
* Experience in a global distribution business is highly valued
* Proven involvement in system and business process transformational projects
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
* Outstanding organisational and time-management skills.

* Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
* Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
