Our MS Gold Partner client has a new job opening for a Dynamics CE Software support specialist to join their support desk team. They have a truly nurturing and supportive environment.

Role & Responsibilities

* Working closely with their customers and users of their D365 solution, providing ongoing support and care.
* Understanding business requirements to make system-based recommendations for solutions
* Diagnosing issues and providing no/low code solutions
* Maintaining the D365 User Interface
* Managing security allocations
* Ongoing support and maintenance of Dynamics 365 and escalating technical queries and issues accordingly
* Supporting user adoption
