QA Engineer - Northeast

QA Engineer/Automation Tester - Hybrid - Up to £60,000.

I am working with a longstanding client of mine to assist them in their search for a QA/Automation Tester to join them on some exciting projects. This consultancy has just had their 3rd anniversary since starting out and they are already working with some notable companies from end users to public sector and even some large investment banks. They are winning new business everyday so you won't have to worry about getting bored!!

With a base salary of up to £60,000 with a minimal travel requirement of only twice a month to office or client site, you are also in for a treat when it comes to the benefits they offer. Standard benefits will be 25 days holiday and a pension contribution of 5% but the real good ones come in the form of a trip away all paid for by the company which is non work related and being taken out for a meal when passing initial stages of your employment. What more could you want?

As a QA Engineer you will have the opportunity to work alongside multiple clients to deliver high quality testing solutions which comes with designing and maintaining automated UI tests with API, performance and accessibility testing.

Skills and experience:

* Test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright, Postman)
* Experience in both Manual and Automation testing.
* Experience with programming languages (C#, Scala, Java, Javascript, Typescript)
* Ci tools for continuous testing (Jenkins, Gitlab, Github actions or similar)

You are not required to know everything above as this client is all about training and development and will up skill you in anything you want to learn or what is required for the job, they will pay for certifications too.
