the company is looking to grow their Business consulting and Pre-Sales team in Europe to support its continued growth.
The client is looking for business consultants to join the Regional team to provide additional banking experience and expertise to help design and propose innovative solutions to banks.
Consultants who are comfortable working at Board level, on understanding their vision and strategy, as well as with Operational Managers in those banks and other financial organisations.
your missions :
Developing value proposition :
* To work with Sales to provide consulting services to understand how prospective and existing banks operate, their challenges and vision to propose effective solutions
* Develop client value proposition along with win themes
Consultative selling :
* Taking ownership of the pre-sales consulting cycle from the initial customer engagement to deal closure
* Attending and where applicable leading meetings at all levels with Banks
* Confirming and understanding the customer needs and requirements
* Tailoring demos / workshops / presentations in line with value prop.
* Designing and proposing effective business solutions, local and global
* Creating and delivering presentations to Board level and front line managers
* Demonstrating business related solutions in core banking, treasury, e-banking and other channels
* Co-ordinate resources
* Anchoring and handling RFI and RFP's & Manage bids
* Liaise and work with delivery services on handovers and milestones
Providing market inputs :
* Providing input to product management on market demand and functional requirements in future releases
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
* The role will closely work with sales / client engagement teams and will carry sales targets aligned with sales target for the region. The candidate must demonstrate having achieved sales targets
At least 7 years of relevant experience
*
* Identifying, qualifying and managing presales activities with the appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
* Having operational work experience holding senior management roles within the banking and financial services sectors is a plus.
* Experience in working with technology vendors, systems integrators and SaaS / Hosting providers.
* Experience in the banking solutions space, with specific emphasis on pre-sales in the European region.
* Any experience in working with banks / financial institutions in the European region would also be an added advantage.
* Experience in the local Banking industry, knowledge of regulatory and local requirements
* Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping, and business process redesigning
* Being multi-lingual would be an asset to work across the European region (French & English)
