The solution platform is utilized by numerous customers worldwide, and the increasing demand for our solution presents an opportunity for sustained expansion in revenue and workforce size. The solution handles intricate product data and is increasingly provided to our clients as a SaaS solution hosted on Microsoft Azure. To provide maximum flexibility around performance, network, and other factors, we operate with an individual operating environment per customer. This approach places high demands on the rigor, optimization, and automation of our operating processes.
The application itself is modular, comprising a database, application server, API, web client, and various associated Azure services. Depending on the customer's platform, there may be a need for interaction with their other landscape.
We currently collaborate with a leading Azure operations provider to offer 24/7 support, enabling our team to work at the most convenient times for them.
As part of a small team, you will have the opportunity to leave your mark on our tools and methodology. Your responsibilities will range from setting up new customers to general operations and providing 2nd and 3rd level support for our application.
As a member of our Support department, you will be the face of our company to our customers. Therefore, it is essential that you are service-oriented and motivated by the satisfaction of a happy customer when cases are resolved.
You will also collaborate with the development team and our solution architect to identify opportunities for improvements in our software, whether operational or functional.

Ideally, you can identify with most of these attributes:
* Relevant software education
* Over 3 years of experience in operating and supporting complex SaaS solutions
* Experience with Microsoft Azure, MS SQL, Windows Server, and API services
* Familiarity with scripting and automation
* General understanding of software architecture and best practices in operations
* Excellent written and verbal English skills
