Role & Responsibilities

* Formulate comprehensive D365 F&O solution designs and road-maps, blending business needs and technical specifications to facilitate successful client implementation projects.
* Staying current with the D365 F&O ecosystem and broader MS offerings, acting as the teams technical authority for D365 F&O-related inquiries, solutions, and industry best practices.
* This role involves preparing for future leadership opportunities within the practice, potentially transitioning into a practice lead/director position.

Skills & Qualifications

* Deep technical knowledge of the D365 F&O ecosystem, including strong understanding of MS Dynamics products. cloud services, and integration technologies.
* Experience in managing and leading teams, with the ability to guide, mentor, and inspire individuals towards achieving common project goals and maintaining high-quality deliverables.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are needed to effectively interface with various stakeholders, ranging from technical personnel to C-Suite executives, translating complex technical concepts into understandable business terms.
