D365 F&O Technical Architect

Job Description

The Technical Architect is responsible for hands-on configuration of D365 Supply Chain modules as well as assisting the Sales and Logistics team with solutions. The Technical Architect will also help with business case development and performance measurement.

Role & Responsibilities

* Configure and implement D365 solutions with a primary focus on modules related to Supply Chain. This includes Inventory Control, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, Sales and Marketing.
* Lead the development of any custom coding to support sales and logistics business unit requirements. Areas include custom Work Flows, Entities, GUI changes, and integrations.
* Provide end user support through knowledge of business processes and functional D365 solutions. Plan, Analyze, Implement, Manage and Maintain D365 Applications

Skills & Qualifications

* 3+ years supporting Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009/2012 and/or D365 supply chain modules.
* 1+ years development with X++ programming language. Additional experience with other object-oriented languages (Java, C++, C#) a plus.
* In depth understanding of Sales and Logistics processes and their relationship to other business processes and systems.
