Job Description

Seeking a highly skilled D365 CE Technical Business Analyst to join a growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between the technical and business teams, working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and designing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagemnt (CE).

Role & Responsibilities

* Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and in conducting workshops to drive requirements design by engaging Business Technical stakeholders
* Facilitating the review and approval of requirements from all stakeholders
* Subject matter knowledge in integration architecture and the ability to map integration pattern to functional usage.

Skills & Qualifications

* 8 to 10 years strong Dynamics CE knowledge
* Participate in sprint planning, review backlog refinement, and story grooming
* Contribute to the transfer of functional requirements to development and test teams
