Job Title: D365 Business Analyst (SCM)
Job Type: Full-Time/Perm

Travel: On-site 3x per week

Our client, a timeless, luxury retailer located in NYC, is seeking a D365 Business Analyst with strong SCM experience to join their team!
This individual will be responsible for solution configuration, security, support, integrity and management of D365 enterprise applications. The D365 Business Analyst is expected to understand business challenges and lead the configuration and maintenance of add-on solutions to meet business requirements. 7+ years in Microsoft Dynamics and/or AX 2009/2012 ERP systems experience is required.

Job Duties:

* Investigate problems with D365 modules (Supply Chain, Finance, Transportation Management, Production), diagnose root causes and find solutions
* Work systematically to analyze situations, resolve problems, identify causes, and anticipate implications
* Assist developers through designing, programming, testing, and deploying
* Coordinate and perform end-user reviews for modified and new systems
* Investigate feature requests, clarify objectives, understand software functionality, and recommend solutions using industry best practices

Qualifications:

* 7+ years experience in Microsoft Dynamics and/or AX 2009/2012 ERP systems
* Strong background in Supply Chain Management
