Salary: $165,000-175,000 base (+ bonus)

Summary: We are looking for a Manager, Business & Data Analytics to lead a team of 5 talented Data Analysts. This is NOT a hands-on data reporting role, but prior experience working in a Sr. level BA or DA role will benefit the ideal candidate. Strong team and relationship building skills are key. The Manager will assist in establishing a data driven culture, establishing governance around data. Experience with Microsoft cloud data analytics tools and sound understanding Agile and DevOps methodologies required!

Job Duties:

* Lead a team of 5 Data Analysts, acting as an evangelist for data analytics across the enterprise, using data to solve business problems. Continuously seek ways to improve and evolve the data analytics function
* Partner with product owners and other stakeholders to ensure solutions are correct, on time, and meet the needs of the business
* Build relationships and develop the team - prior management experience
* Facilitate Governance Meetings and Steering Committees with senior business leaders from multiple business domains, focused on analytics roadmap, maturity curve, prioritization, adoption rates and inflight work
* Cultivate a network of external vendors and contacts to benchmark practices against competition and to maximize organizational effectiveness

Qualifications

* 5-7+ years of proven experience working as a Data & Analytics leader
* Demonstrative understanding of Agile and DevOps tools and methodologies
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills, the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders and influence others
* Experience with Microsoft cloud data analytics technology stack
* Hands on knowledge of Database, Data Engineering, Visualization, Analytics and Automation tools
* Experience working with PowerBI, Azure, D365
* Retail industry experience preferred
