Senior Data Engineer -

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a talented Data Engineer within a high-end retailer as they look to grow out their BI & Data team. This role will be primarily working across the Azure technology stack as the business look to undergo a huge digital transformation with a large upcoming Synapse implementation project.

You will be part of a team delivering a high quality of service to top tier clients across the world, working alongside Azure experts as well as helping up-skill junior members of the team as well. This is the ideal role for someone who is looking for a fast-paced environment, where you can come in and have real influence over your work.

This role is based in their London office, with the opportunity to work up to 3 days from home - depending on your preference.



Skill-Set -

We're looking to speak with talented Data Engineers who have the following experience -

* Commercial Azure Data Factory experience
* Strong Data Warehousing experience
* Previous Developer or Data Engineering experience
* Strong background in SQL

Although it's not essential to the role, it would be great if you've had any level of exposure or interest in the following technologies:

* Azure Data Lakes
* Azure Synapse
* Logic Apps
* Power BI



Salary & Benefits -

* This role offers up to £65,000 base salary (DOE)
* Annual bonus scheme - typically around 10%
* Employer Pension Contributions - 7% (employee 3% minimum contribution)
* Life Assurance (4 x Salary)

* 24 days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Discretionary additional 3 days between Christmas and New Year + 1 personal day per year
