Azure Data Engineer - Azure - Remote - up to £55k



I'm currently working with a client in the food retail industry. They are a large, independent organisation that places a huge emphasis on ethical working and giving back to their community. Established in the early 1800's, they are a very well-known company and put their customers and employees at the centre of everything they do.

The role itself is an Azure Data Engineer and it sits within their Data Engineering team.
You will be working on a variety of projects with their main focus being on upgrading their Azure Data Platform and optimising it. You will be working with various people across their Data Analytics team and be given the opportunity to develop your skills further with their dedicated training budget.

This is a salaried position of up to £55,000 depending on experience.
They pride themselves on being an employee orientated business and as such, they strongly believe in providing a healthy work life balance. Applicants will be working mainly remote, but with an expectation to travel to their office in Lichfield 1-2 days per month. I am looking for...

* Azure, Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake
* Strong experience with SQL, T-SQL
* Data Warehousing experience
* Great communication skills
