Research Analyst (Customer Experience)
Hybrid - Surrey
Salary - up to £40,000
We've partnered with one of the UK's leading manufacturing organisations who are a household name and well known across the country. As they look to build out their data & insights teams, we're now looking for a Research Analyst to join the team!
Within the Insights team, this role will have a large focus on customer experience and how you can utilise the data & insights to improve their experiences with the business - using data to tell stories and bring about significant change!
You will be working closely with a number of experts including the Voice of Customer Experience Manager and Customer Experience specialists who will support you along you way, enabling you to achieve significant career progression and personal development. You'll also be working closely with the Power BI teams, so will have the opportunity to pick up some further technical knowledge along the way.
The primary responsibilities will include running surveys, polls, focus groups and survey the community on a range of areas the business feel they may need further improvement. You'll be tasked with writing questionnaires, analysing the results and providing insights as to what the data tells you. It will therefore be a split between analytical work and operational work (researching, writing polls, etc.).
What we're looking for -
We're looking to speak to a range of candidates - whether it be to take the next steps in your career or if you're looking for a change of direction. All we ask if that you have experience with the following:
* Experience using Excel for data analysis and keen to learn / develop your Power BI skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience in a customer/client facing role would be beneficial
* Experience with customer experience research techniques - eg. writing questionnaires, polls, conducting focus groups etc.
Location -
This role will be a hybrid role - with 2 days per week working from home and 3 days per week in the Epsom, Surrey office. Unfortunately our client is unable to offer sponsorship and you must have the full, unrestricted right to work in the UK.
