Job Title: CRM CE Senior Functional Consultant

Location: JHB or Cape Town (100% Remote)

I am looking for a senior functional consultant with 6+ years experience in D365 to work for a MS Gold Partner. This partner specialises in consultancy and development in financial and enterprise services, offering a full spectrum of D365 services on an international level. This company is continuously looking to grow as a business, therefore looking to further their team.

Experience and skills required:

* 6+ years working with Dynamics CRM
* Experience with D365 CE
* Extensive knowledge of relationship management with clients
* Experience with the Sales, Marketing and Customer Service modules
* Skills within a business analysis role
* Excellent documentation skills
